Lacrosse started in the Nicola Valley in 2006.
We have had some great success and lots of fun playing Canada's National Summer Sport. We are so excited for this season!

Meetings
Our next board meeting will be March 5th at 7pm at NVIT. If you are interested in volunteering, please let us know. We are looking for coaches, referees and anyone enthusiastic about bringing lacrosse back to the Nicola Valley.
Drop In Lacrosse
We are excited to announce that we will be having drop in lacrosse starting Monday February 24, 2025 at Diamondvale School gym from 6pm to 8pm. All youth welcome.
Bring your indoor shoes. We have some sticks. If you have helmets bring them as well. If you have your own sticks bring them too.
It will also be help on:
March 3, 2025 - 6pm to 8pm
March 10, 2025 - 6pm to 8pm
March 17, 2025 - 6pm to 8pm
